1. Inbound shipping
Most orders are shipped directly to our designated receiving facility in the United States. Shipping address, contact, and receiving hours are confirmed on the purchase order.
2. Freight terms
- Small parcel: FOB Origin via supplier's preferred carrier, charges added to invoice or prepaid by AJL.
- LTL / pallet shipments: appointment delivery required, with BOL and pallet count provided in advance.
- FTL: scheduled directly with our logistics contact at order confirmation.
3. Lead times
Standard lead times are confirmed at quote stage. We ask suppliers to notify us promptly of any delays, backorders, or substitutions before shipping.
4. Packaging and labeling
- Original manufacturer packaging, sealed and unopened
- Accurate UPC/EAN barcodes and case quantities
- Pallets shrink-wrapped, with packing list attached to outside of lead carton
- Compliant with marketplace receiving standards (FBA-ready when applicable)
5. Damages and shortages
We inspect inbound shipments at receipt. Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy is reported to the supplier within five business days, with photos and BOL reference, for credit, replacement, or carrier claim.
6. International shipments
We can receive international shipments DDP into the United States. Customs documentation, HTS codes, and commercial invoices must be provided in advance.
